Payment - We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through a secure process. We also accept checks via echeck through PayPal. Please note that your order will not be processed and shipped until the check payment has cleared.
Order Processing - All of our products are handmade in small batches. We aim to ship your order within 3 - 4 business days. However, during our busy season order processing may take longer. We make every effort to expedite your order and if the wait will be excessive, we will notify you immediately. Rush processing is available for a small fee. Please contact us if you are interested in a rush order. We provide shipping through your choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Sales Tax - Sales tax at a rate of 6.0% will be charged to any order purchased and shipped to a Kentucky address.
Shelf Life of Product - Our products are handmade with the finest of natural ingredients. We recommend using them within six (6) months. You can help to extend the shelf life of our products by storing them in their closed container in a cool, dry, dark environment. Avoid getting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub, as water will promote the growth of bacteria.
Return Policy - At Vintage Body Spa we want you to love the products you purchase from us. Due to the personal nature of our products, please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return, so please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged, you must provide your claim to us within three (3) days of delivery. You must keep the outer packaging as well, so that the shipper's representative can obtain photographs to process the claim. There will be no refunds for shipping and handling charges.
