Payment:
We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through a secure process. We also accept checks via echeck through Paypal. Please note that your order will not be processed and shipped until your echeck payment has cleared.

Order Processing:
We aim to ship your order within 3-4 business days. Most actually ship within 1-2 days. However, during our busy season order processing may take longer. We make every effort to expedite your order and if the wait will be excessive, we will notify you immediately. Rush processing is available for a small fee. Please contact us if you are interested in a rush order.

Shipping:
We provide shipping through your choice of USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax at a rate of 6.0% will be charged to any order purchased and shipped to a Kentucky address.

Return Policy:
At Vintage Body Spa we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not, please contact us.  Returns will only be allowed on unopened Vintage Body Spa products purchased directly from Vintage Body Spa.  Notifications of such returns must be within 5 days of delivery.    We will provide a Return Authorization number that must be written on the packing slip and enclosed with the unused item(s) you are returning.  Please do NOT return product(s) without this Return Authorization number, or your return will not be processed.  Returns will be accepted within 14 days of original delivery.  Upon receipt of your package, Vintage Body Spa will issue a credit in the form of a coupon code for the initial purchase price.  The credit may be used for any item on our website within six (6) months of issue. Please note that we do NOT apply credit directly back to charge cards or PayPal accounts.  Both original and return shipping charges are not included in the credit.

If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.  Please retain all packing materials so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.
